To make this hi-tech future a reality, we embarked on a digital strategy in 2014-15 that will guide us in capitalising on our increasing ICT infrastructure to engage more customers in meaningful ways.

Our strategy has been built around five key areas of intent: a strong customer focus, modernising our processes, building digital services, efficiency and accuracy, and ease of use. Through a focus on these areas, supported by technology, we aim to:

  • Continue to migrate services to digital channels
  • Build further high-quality digital services
