Congestion levy

The introduction of new and expanded levy areas this year shifted our service focus to ensure customers are efficiently informed of their changed obligations, now and into the future.

This project required a comprehensive overhaul of our administrative responsibilities and existing framework. With efficiency gains in mind, we focused our efforts on coordinating the data collection of all off-street parking spaces and their owners’ details in the affected levy areas. Most importantly, by liaising directly with local councils, we were able to find the right information and coordinate a mail-out to more than 7000 potential customers.

Playing a key role from announcement to implementation, and streamlining our processes, guaranteed all operational work items were reviewed and completed to a high standard, and all complex enquiries from stakeholders were addressed promptly.
